Although I do not use wheat in my kitchen, or kitchen utensils, I cannot speak for the manufactures of the products that I use. I do try and make sure they are gluten free products. Therefore I have to say that my bakes could contain the following allergens:
Eggs, Nut, Soy, Peanuts, Milk, Wheat. This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
I often work with NUTS in my kitchen. Persons who are allergic to nuts consume our bakes at their own risk. Gluten free goods are still consumed at the consumer’s own risk. Glow Bakery cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions
