Owner and Head Baker Angie Watts

My journey to health and changing my life and diet led me to open Glow Bakery. Being more conscious of what I was eating, and educating myself has been key to getting my health back on track. 

I have blended my love for baking with my passion to help others by providing you with not only the best tasting baked goods you can eat, but the best quality.

  • All my bakes are sugar-free, gluten-free, grain-free, low carb, and keto, with paleo and vegan options

  • Organic and non-GMO ingredients are used in ALL of my bakes

  • I purchase certified gluten-free products

  • No artificial colors or preservatives are used, only natural plant-based

  • No artificial sweeteners are used, only plant-based, organic stevia and non-GMO monk-fruit/erythritol blend

  • No rancid vegetable or canola oils are used, only heart healthy organic butter, organic avocado oil and organic coconut oil are used in my bakes

"Picked up my loaf of bread (and cookies, and brownies, and leman bars, stop me!) on Thursday and HAVE TO make mention of the BREAD. The goodies were marvelous but the bread was totally unexpected.
